Energy: ATC Industrial Group
ATC Industrial Group
ATC Industrial Group Management AB (publ) is a public company that has since 2010 developed Scypho, a self- learning system for indoor climate control. Without changing their behaviour homeowners can save up to 30% energy while at the save time comfort is improved.
The set-up is simple. Scypho central unit collects data from three three wireless sensors and communicates with the cloud service to get the optimal control parameters adapted to each specific house and the homeowner’s preferences. For example, a cold winter day Scypho will start the heating earlier and if the windows are exchanged, Scypho will adapt automatically.
Scypho distinguishes itself from the many existing services for visualization and remote control by providing Comfort on Demand. As Scypho is self- learning the system knows exactly when to start the heating or cooling in order to provide the ideal temperature when a person arrive home. When people are away and during the night, Scypho regulates the temperature to maximize energy savings.
In addition, Scypho provides the following:
• Ability to remotely control and monitor indoor climate using your smartphone, tablet or computer.
• A platform for the Connected Home with upcoming services like burglar- and fire alarms, hoe automation and online health services.
• Energy information, savings and customized advise.
• Low investment cost, pay-off period of 1-3 years.
