Energy efficient heat exchanger

There are no components that are so important for a system’s efficient and effective use of energy and thereby its effects on the environment than inputs from heat exchangers.

Airec’s niche is high-efficiency gas heat exchangers where a liquid cooling agent is generally used as the other medium. Within this area Airec offers users and customers substantial advantages.

Our heat exchangers are used all over the world. Uses include:

– improved efficiency for fuel powered electricity generators
– the production of hot water from engine exhausts for district-heating power plants
– increasing the efficiency of natural gas boilers
– optimising biogas systems
– condensing oil in tire recycling plant systems

Airec’s products are protected by a number of internationally recognised patents. Airec’s new AirLight project is supported by the Swedish Energy Authority. AirLight is a unique construction made from aluminium; it lifts the efficiency of indirect air cooling to new heights.

Cooling generally requires more energy than heating and cooling systems are responsible for the consumption of large quantities of energy in many parts of the world. By using a heat-exchanger in combination with indirect cooling this innovative system eliminates the risks associated with cooling agents.
