Future techniques for concrete construction

Form Consult AB has a concept to reduce the proportion of cement in the concrete. This opens the way for more environmentally friendly concrete construction. The method refines the fresh concrete mass in the important surface layer - the most exposed part of the horizontal surfaces. We do this while the concrete is elastic ie before it hardens. The treatment begins as early as laying the concrete. Traditional technologies have to wait for several hours until the concrete begins to stiffen.

With our method concrete is smoothed and packed, power compacted in several steps- the patented RolliT concept. It is a method that makes it possible to reduce the proportion of cement by 20% when mixing the concrete. This while maintaining strength, a denser surface, less cracks and a longer utilization time of the construction. It reduces the need for repairs and chemicals are not needed. If these methods are used worldwide, it would mean that 250 million tons of cement would be saved each year, while 250 million tons of carbon dioxide would also be prevented from reaching our atmosphere. A 20 kg sack of cement per square meter surface! That's environmentally friendly. This is a casting technology to build on!

We have a number of reference cases, particular together with SKANSKA, where our technology has proven to be functioning. We intend this year to expand our business further with more customers and in cooperation with them to develop the method further. The goal is a work environment that better appeals to our young aspiring builders. Soon, all will cast in this way!
