Arsizio wins the 7th Munich Cleantech Conference Venture Award
The swedish company Arsizio, member of Cleantech Inn Sweden, won the MCC Venture Award at the 7th Münich Cleantech Conference this week in competition with x ventures from all over the world. The jury awarded Arsizios potential to reduce the cost of energy transition by superior performance, gains in efficiency and productivity, savings in material and the use of smart business model.
The Münic Cleantech Conference is an established annual event gathering industry decisions makers, investors, entrepreneurs and researchers within the cleantech sector. This years theme was innovations for directly reducing the costs of energy transition through superior performance, gains in efficiency and productivity, savings in material and the use of smart business model.
The MCC Venture Award is set to reward the best european cleantech ventures in innovations for energy transition. The jury, consisting of representatives from leading German and international industry and venture capital, reviewed all candidates thoroughly in advance of the event to gain insights about the innovations and their markets.

Arsizio offers a production process for metal or plastic profiles that enables weight and material optimization within existing extrusion lines. The process can achieve 20-40% Savings of material, weight and energy, 10-20% higher efficiency in heat-transfer and solar-energy and 20-80% lower production costs. Arsizio has over 20 granted patents (from US in the west to Japan in the east) that cover 3D-extrusion of any plastically deformable material, such as rubber, plastic, TPE, composites, metals, and combinations of different materials etc.
